Round dining tables are exceptional for smaller or square spaces as they lack sharp corners, improve foot traffic, and foster intimate, inclusive conversation. For example, our 150cm round tables comfortably seat 6–8 people. Rectangular and oval tables are highly suited for long, narrow dining rooms or large open-plan zones where you want to emphasize architectural length and scale; our 240cm lengths easily accommodate 8–10 guests comfortably.

Solid natural stone dining tables are exceptionally heavy, often weighing anywhere from 150kg to over 300kg depending on the size and thickness of the slab. Because of this monumental weight, our tables are delivered in separate components—the heavy tabletop and the structural pillar bases. Our specialised white-glove delivery team handles all the heavy lifting, safely bringing the pieces into your home, placing the bases precisely where you want them, and securely mounting the tabletop.

All Kozy Nest dining tables arrive professionally pre-sealed with a premium penetrating sealer that protects against stains and moisture. However, because natural stone is calcium-based, it is inherently sensitive to prolonged exposure to acids like red wine, vinegar, citrus, and tomato sauce. We always recommend using placemats and coasters to protect the stone from heat and condensation rings, and blotting up any accidental spills immediately with a damp cloth.

Our standard collection is explicitly designed and sealed for interior dining spaces. While marble and travertine are structurally strong enough to endure outdoor environments, direct exposure to harsh Australian UV rays, rain, and fluctuating temperatures can break down the stone's protective sealant quickly, leaving it vulnerable to deep weather staining. Because our marble and travertine are sourced directly from the earth's core, every single block features its own completely unique veining, color saturation, and character.
