– Your piece will be delivered via iMove with an SMS notification prior to arrival. This service includes drop-off only.

– Includes delivery and indoor placement of your table.

– Our highest-tier service includes delivery, indoor installation, and rubbish removal for a seamless experience.

All services are delivered within 3–10 business days, and delivery is booked directly with iMove once your item is ready to ship.

Please ensure your access points and room dimensions are suitable before purchase. Kozy Nest is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to unviable access or furniture not fitting through doorways or lifts. Failed deliveries will incur a re-delivery fee, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Because our marble pieces are fragile, minor risks such as cracking in transit do exist — while rare, in the event of damage, we will coordinate a repair or replacement. Refunds are not offered due to courier-related damage, as each piece is custom-packed and insured for transport.
