We currently offer shipping to metro areas in the following states:

For deliveries within these Metro Zones:

NSW Customers: Standard, Standard + Installation, and Premium Delivery options are available based on your selection at checkout.

VIC, QLD, SA, WA Customers: You can only select Standard Delivery. Installation and Premium services are not available outside of NSW.

For deliveries outside of these Metro Zones: Please contact customer care or email sales@kozynest.com.au for a specific shipping quote or clarification.
We currently do not offer shipping to the Northern Territory (NT) or Tasmania (TAS).

Delivery Policy & Access
Our standard delivery service is door-to-door, meaning delivery to the ground floor entrance of your property only.
Access & Stairs
This service excludes carrying items up stairs, difficult access, placement inside the home, unpacking, or installation.
If your delivery involves stairs, multi-level homes without an elevator, narrow doorways, or other access challenges, additional handling fees will apply. These costs cover the extra labour, time, and equipment required to safely move heavy marble pieces.
To avoid delays or unexpected charges, please provide full delivery details (including any stair access or lift availability) when placing your order.
Delivery Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring their delivery address and space measurements match our products. Kozy Nest is not responsible for furniture that does not fit where intended or cannot be safely delivered due to the limitation of the delivery address. Please be aware that third-party logistic companies deliver our fragile pieces, and they will determine whether or not a safe delivery can take place.
We will deliver your order on the understanding that reasonable access is available. If it becomes evident that delivery failed due to unavailable access or you are not at home, you will be charged an additional redelivery fee. Kozy Nest will not provide a refund when delivery is unsuccessful due to unviable access.
Marble Disclaimer
Our marbles are made from 100% natural stone, leaving them vulnerable to courier and transportation faults (risk of cracking). In this case, we cannot offer a refund but can offer the solution to repair or replace the damaged marble.
Available Shipping Options:
- Standard Delivery
[i Move] Ground floor drop-off only (no stairs, placement, unpacking or installation). Only available for metro areas. Contact us if outside metro or for special access. Estimated delivery time 9-14 weeks.
- Standard Delivery and Installation
[i Move] Includes SMS prior with estimated time of delivery. This service does not include rubbish removal.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe 3-10 Business Days.
- Premium Delivery
[i Move] Includes SMS prior with estimated time of delivery, as well as installation inside of residence and rubbish removal.
