The customer is responsible for ensuring their delivery address, and space measurements match our products. Kozy Nest is not responsible for furniture that does not fit where intended or cannot be safely delivered due to the limitation of the delivery address. Please be aware that third-party logistic companies deliver our fragile pieces, and they will determine whether or not a safe delivery can take place.

We will deliver your order to you on the understanding that reasonable access is available. If it becomes evident that delivery failed due to unavailable access or you are not at home, you will be charged an additional fee for delivery. Kozy Nest will not provide a refund when delivery is unsuccessful due to unviable access.

Our marbles are made from 100% natural stone, which leaves it vulnerable to the risk factors of courier and transportation faults. During this process, the delicate marble can have the risk of cracking. In this case, we cannot offer a refund but can offer the solution to repair or replace the damaged marble.
