Delivery Areas
Kozy Nest delivers Australia-wide. Delivery services and available options may vary depending on your location. For customers outside the Sydney metropolitan area, deliveries are carried out by trusted third-party transport providers.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary due to production schedules, transport availability, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. Kozy Nest is not responsible for delays caused by third-party freight providers.
Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access, adequate doorways, hallways, lifts and stair access, and that a person over 18 years of age is available to accept delivery. Additional charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or incorrect information.
Ground Floor Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliveries are to ground floor only. Delivery does not include unpacking, installation, assembly, moving existing furniture or rubbish removal.
Stairs & Lift Access
Please advise us before delivery if your property involves stairs, narrow access or lift restrictions. Additional handling charges may apply. If delivery cannot be completed safely, it may be rescheduled at the customer's expense.
Regional & Interstate Deliveries
For customers outside the Sydney metropolitan area, delivery is completed by independent third-party freight companies. These services include delivery only. Assembly, installation and placement are not included. If installation assistance is required, Kozy Nest may recommend an independent third-party installer. Any installation arrangement is made directly between the customer and the installer. Kozy Nest accepts no responsibility for the workmanship, scheduling, damage, costs or liabilities arising from third-party installation services.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any transit damage, manufacturing defect or incorrect item must be reported in writing with clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Failure to notify Kozy Nest within this period will be deemed acceptance of the goods.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, access is unavailable or unsafe, incorrect delivery information was provided, or delivery is refused, the customer is responsible for any additional delivery, storage or re-delivery charges.
Storage Fees
Customers will be notified once their order is ready. Unless otherwise agreed, goods must be collected or delivery arranged within 14 days of notification. Kozy Nest reserves the right to charge storage fees for goods remaining beyond this period.
Customer Collection
Customers collecting goods themselves are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable. Once collected, responsibility for loading, securing, transportation and unloading transfers to the customer. Kozy Nest accepts no responsibility for damage occurring during or after customer collection.
Pickup Service for Returns
Unless otherwise agreed, approved returns must be returned by the customer. Where Kozy Nest agrees to arrange collection, this service is entirely at Kozy Nest's discretion. A pickup service fee may apply and will be confirmed before collection.
Delivery Assistance
For large or heavy natural stone furniture, customers may be required to provide assistance at the time of delivery where advised in advance. Failure to provide the required assistance may result in delivery being rescheduled, and additional delivery charges may apply.
Delivery Acceptance
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or customer collection. Customers should retain all packaging until the goods have been inspected and accepted.
