The lead time is 10-16 weeks. Although we cannot guarantee lead time, we do see 90% of our orders delivered within this time frame. Estimated lead times are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

In Stock Products will be shipped out within 3-7 business days from our Sydney Warehouse.

For all orders outside NSW, our service is delivery only (ground-level drop-off). Unpacking, installation, and placement inside the property are not included.

Upon delivery, we recommend holding onto the product packaging temporarily as items without packaging cannot be returned.
