Upon delivery, we recommend holding onto the product packaging temporarily as items without packaging cannot be returned. 

Natural stone will last decades with the right care. We choose our stones carefully, staying away from thinner and softer “fossil limestones” to ensure longevity and expert quality.

Maintenance & Care

• Wipe up spills immediately with a clean microfibre cloth.
• Always use a drink coaster and placemats.
• Take care when moving the piece or placing down.
• Apply protective pads to the undersides of items being displayed on the stone surfaces to avoid scratching.
• Avoid sudden hot/cold changes such as hot pans being placed directly on stone.

Cleaning

Avoid using acidic cleaners or any other type of harsh chemicals on the surface. We have tested and recommend the following:

• Glitz Stone and Benchtop Cleaner - This is a great everyday affordable spray cleanser that removes oils, grime etc.
• AQUA MIX Aquashield Cleaner & Resealer

Sealing

Our marble pieces aren't sealed. If you would like to seal the surface, we recommend using Aqua Mix Sealer’s Choice Gold-Rapid Cure which is a water-based, low VOC sealer lasting up to 15 years.
