Pre-ordering means you’re securing a piece before it’s been made. This allows us to handcraft your furniture specifically for you and helps reduce waste through intentional production.

Can I make custom changes to a pre-order item?

Yes — we love bespoke requests. If you’re after a particular marble type, size, or finish, get in touch with our team and we’ll discuss your custom options.

How long does delivery take for pre-orders?

Pre-order delivery usually takes between 6–10 weeks, depending on the design. We’ll keep you updated at each stage and provide tracking once it’s on its way.

I’m based in Sydney, Can I view samples before I order?

Yes, we’re proudly Sydney-based and happy to arrange private viewings or share detailed imagery of our finishes. Just reach out and we’ll take care of you.

For those based outside of Sydney, we are happy to arrange a video call to visually showcase our collections.

Are your pre-order items the same quality as in-stock furniture?
